The next step is the drafting of statutes.

If your capital is less than 100,000 MAD, blocking of funds will not be necessary, but if it goes over 100,000 MAD, a minimum of 25% of the capital would need to be blocked with the bank and you will receive the money blocking certificate until the company is formed.

When all this is done, you’re ready to start the company creation procedure which materializes by:

• Deeds registry

• registration for business tax and tax identification

• registration in the commercial register

All that is left to do is collect your company creation file, and proceed with the legal publication, which consists of publishing two ads for your new company, one to the official bulletin, and the other to the journal of legal announcements.
